Sweeney was finally able to play her character in 1999. Sweeney ditched diet fads like grapefruit and cabbage soup. She also made healthy changes by cutting sugary drinks and began exercising in boot-camp type workout classes. The result? The result was that she shed nearly thirty pounds.
